The wins you enjoy with me as your coach flow from almost two decades of experience as a corporate manager, entrepreneur, and coach. I have consulted with businesses of every size and scope and business owners and entrepreneurs with exacting standards for performance and equally demanding expectations of others. From serving as a human resources and training director with a leading book company in Dayton, Ohio to serving as a change management consultant for Accenture and a global scheduling project manager for Avanade Inc., I know how organizations work and recognize the systemic and human stumbling blocks that often stand in the way of top performance.

As a communications graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching’s Coach Training Program, I offer a robust and powerful set of proprietary skills and tools to empower your journey to the business and life success you seek. I have also owned and successfully operated two businesses of my own and know first-hand the demands of launching, growing, and sustaining a thriving company.

Three Things about Me that Might Surprise You:

• Diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 23, I endured 8 rounds of chemotherapy, six months of radiation, and came out on the other side more fiercely committed to live life full out – more than I ever thought possible. Every day is a gift.
• I am blessed with two healthy, beautiful children who bring abundant joy to my life and delightful proof that infertility after chemo and radiation is not a certainty. Unlimited and untold possibilities are waiting for you, too. This belief guides my work with you at every turn.
• Coaching others along their path to greater life and business success is a privilege and my extraordinary gift to share. This role is one I take very seriously.
